Discover the world of ocean sailing on the North Sea . Experience yacht sailing like the professionals who sail in the North Sea Regatta. As a crew member of an ocean going yacht you will experience first hand the thrill of ocean sailing.
In the yacht harbor of Scheveningen you will meet your skipper who will take you on-board one of the competition yachts, for the insiders amongst you; type IMX, Trintella, Grand Soleil and Centurion. Once on-board you will get a detailed briefing; weather forecasts, wind directions, which sails will be used, how to sail using a compass, sailing properties of each yacht and all other relevant information which play an important role in ocean sailing. Weather and wind permitting you will get the chance to hoist the spinnaker sail.
